The importance of breakfast

I would like to start this post with a few Healthy Breakfast Ideas:

Egg whites and whole grain toast

Oatmeal (steel cut oats)

Protein shake (can be made many different ways!)

Almond butter with whole grain toast
Scrambled egg whites and nitrate free chicken sausages
Whole grain pancakes with agave syrup
