Better Body Tips is a fitness blog created and written by Kate Hurwitz and Salene Parnese, top personal trainers from the Upper East Side of Manhattan, in New York.

The mission behind Better Body Tips blog is to offer great content, relevant information in order to educate our clients, friends and those of you interested in the fitness and wellness world.

We are here to help answer any of your questions you might have about working out, proper nutrition and basically anything that pertains to the fitness and wellness industry!

On our blog you will find tips on how to maximize your performance level in the gym/home, and learn how to tone up your body or lose weight. You can also find out ways in which to eat better and make easy, delicious food recipes.

The idea of having a blog was initially started to promote our business in a more digital way and also to have an open channel for current and potential clients.
