Spring is finally here! Personally I find it challenging to drink smoothies in the middle of a snow storm, so now that we are finally through the cold months, you might want a change from oatmeal and enjoy some fresh fruits. Here is a great low calorie recipe!

The Watermelon Delight Smoothie

  • 6 oz Non Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
  • 1 Banana
  • Fresh Watermelon
  • Ice
Optional: I add in Green Vibrance and a powdered multi-vitamin -this makes for a super charged smoothie providing your body with all the vitamins and minerals that are needed to kick start your day.
There is nothing better than to start your day off right and fuel your body with the proper protein, vitamins and minerals!
