I don’t know about all of you out there, but with my hectic schedule, I find it challenging to actually get all of my dietary needs in each day. It is hard to consume 1+ grams of protein per pound of body weight each day. That is a lot of chicken!! So as much as I would rather have real food, it is not always possible.
