  2. Low carb whole grain wrap with fresh turkey, spinach salad, hummus, fresh veggies (split in 1/2 can make two meals)
  3. Low carb while grain wrap with egg whites, veggies with or without turkey
  4. Total yogurt, walnuts and fruit
  5. Boiled eggs
  6. Almonds
  7. Edamame
