There are many ways to eat better in daily basis, besides a lot of tips to make everyday food and eating more exciting. How to eat and what to eat to don’t feel like you are always on a diet? There are so many food choices out there that it all gets very confusing! It helps to explore and try new foods and break old habits. I used to love chewing on candy all day and now I try dried fruit and honey almonds. There is always a better choice out there! The question is “Are you willing to explore?!”. It helps to read up on new kinds of foods and recipes or just even shop the isles of a new grocery store.
The other day I went into a Trader Joe’s -my first time ever, not because I hadn’t wanted to go into one but it was always so busy. Well I finally found an off time and “WOW” I did find all kinds of good stuff! It helps to step away from your local grocery store and try somewhere new -if you haven’t been into a Whole Foods, I strongly recommend you to try one. Also, I recently started shopping on line at Fresh Direct. There are so many organic choices its great to see! You can order from Tabla or Rosa Mexicana, even though those foods are not organicĀ -but still, what a great idea!
So I say it is time to look into your refrigerator and cabinets and begin to live a little more wildly!! Think of something you eat that really is not good for you and replace it with something that is! Explore try something new! I bet you will like it and you will be doing wonders to your body!
