Lower back pain is a complaint that I hear from most of my clients when I first work with them and of course I have people often asking me how to help them with their lower back pain.

While the hours of work are becoming more and more rigorous so is the amount of pain that is placed on your back. People are spending hours sitting, driving, and on the computer which tightens up the back.

As well being a mother is another way of tightening up your upper and lower back. While breast feeding, a woman’s chest tightens rounding her shoulders and tightening her upper back. Also, picking up and holding children day in and day out will stress the back. There are so many ways of hurting the back that it is of the most importance to strengthen it!!!

Here are some lower back exercises which are geared towards helping strengthen the lower back. The lower back is part of the core of the body. It is necessary to have a strong back in every day life, activities, and major sports.
