What exactly is a boot camp fitness class?!

Boot camp fitness classes have become a very hot training method used all over New York City. I have seen boot camp training in Central Park, on the Brooklyn Bridge, indoor facilities, Uptown, Midtown and Downtown Manhattan!

They are located throughout the city and people of all ages can join boot camp training classes -though I must warn you be prepared to work hard! These classes are not structured for people who do not want to work hard and sweat! No pain, no gain!

The best part about boot camp fitness training is that results are truly guaranteed. Not only will your body tighten up, but your endurance levels shall increase. Inches will fall off your body with at least 2 to 3 days of boot camp workout a week.

Be prepared to see actual results! There’s nothing like feeling fitter and stronger!

Boot camp workouts are not one on one so it is important to remember that you will be sharing the attention of the trainer with others. Your personality should really match the style of class that you are looking for, as well. So if you like an intense, hard working class -one where the teacher might yell at you- boot camps are the one for you!

Boot camp classes for kids will be starting in October.  Kids will learn hand eye coordination, core work, strength training.

    Hi. I am interested in joining your tuesday and thursday bootcamp. Where does this take place and what are the fees?

    I can only commit to 4 weeks blocks de to working away. I would like to start asap continuing through 6th september.
